Pastor's Corner
When setting life-goals, we often consider things that will make us happy e.g. a good education, marriage, a family, a successful career or wealth). Sometimes our purpose for living becomes wrapped up in our earthly pursuits and dreams.

As children of God, our primary purpose on earth is “to be lights, bringing out the God colors in the world.”

In everything we do we must consider the heart of God and our opportunity to bring glory to Him, even in striving for success in the classroom, our work places, in our marriages and relationships, and in our finances.

As you go about your daily pursuits in the days ahead, don’t forget to shine for Jesus. By opening up to others, you will prompt people to open up to God.

“And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.” Colossians 3:17
