Former Founder 2002, Boricuas in N.C.,2003. Formed the 501c3, Puerto Ricans Association of N.C. a Nonprofit Foundation. Cofounder and President until late 2012.
During his leadership promoted Multicultural Events, with other groups and Nonprofits Organizations.
Help to organize and build other Nonprofits organizations; Jamaican Organizations,Cuban Americans,provide support with his Nonprofit Organization to create the Puerto Rico Cultural Society of Charlotte.
